by Ralantha on October 16, 2007, 08:06:00 AM As the world sundered and threw us into darkness, many searched for a way to rebuild their life.
Serendipity is a safe haven for the wandering travelers, the down-trodden and lost.
We enjoy the fine things of life; friendship, loyalty and a bottle o' ale.
Brethren of the Horde,
There are broken members of the Horde, those displaced in war and famine. As we struggle to keep our lands and fight for our continuing advances of civilization, we realize how alone we truly are. How many of us have asked for help and recieved silence? How many of us sought friendship and recieved contempt? The numbers of this sadness is reaching higher. Serendipity seeks to create a safe haven for anyone who feels displaced and undervalued.
We are made up of Trolls, Forsaken, Orcs, Tauren and Sin'dorei. Each of us with a distinct personality that adds a flavor. We transcend the racial barriers and even have Alliance counter-parts that help us when the task is too much for us. When you are hungry, we will feed you. When you are lost, we will find you. When you are sick, we will nurture you. When you are lonely, we will comfort you.
We are Serendipity- a fortunate accident of individuals.

by Ralantha on March 14, 2008, 08:49:02 PMWhen ten of us decided to brave the great dragon Ysondre. Calling up on the strength of a Blood Knight's protection, Ralantha bravely faced the dragon, with both Grabin and Okk keeping her alive.
Led by Masabakes and her husband, Sanguinas, the brave heroes of Serendipity fought and slay the mighty green dragon.
Three cheers for those who came to fight: Sapphyre, Jenisha, Filthblade, Lokris (even if he did leave early, he showed up ready to go!), Osso and Aellynne.

Prince Malchezaar has fallen to the hands of Serendipity. Our first attempt was thwarted by the strangest sensation of being extremely feeble and frail. It was horrible and I wish that no one would ever feel as horrible as I did during the battle. With perseverance and tenacity we prevailed. I suppose we should push forward for this Nethersprite thing.... I am not sure if I am eager to face it or not.

I suppose I'm a tad late in reporting this, but ten of us defeated the foul demon, Illhoof. Aptly named don't you think? I also read Medivh's journal on this terrace and well, the ghosts of the past are quite haunting. When we first entered this place I thought perhaps we could lay to rest such evil. Apparently I'm mistaken...
Update: I'm not very good with Trolls I guess... as you can see I had to scratch off Favill's name to add Jinjags. Maybe I should ask them to wear name tags for me...

A human woman by the name of Aegwynn supposedly "seduced" the wizard known as Nielas Aran. I have to point out it isn't hard to seduce a single man. I mean really, why would the human have objected? Nevertheless, she bore a son and named him Medivh. On his age of ascention, he and his father were locked in a room, apparently fighting some sort of wizard battle. Medivh's father died. And it seems his spirit somehow got into Medivh's tower. We had a grand time this evening exploring more places of the Tower. As we climbed further and further up the magic and arcane energies grew stronger. I felt fairly faint myself. If I were any less of a woman I probably would have been drunk with power. But no matter, the Shade of Aran was put to rest.... for how long I have no idea.

Times move so fast when one is having fun. As you can see with my snapshot, we had quite another
great adventure in the tower of Karazhan. We heard rumors of this Opera Event and I must say it
was most amusing to watch Rek run around as a little gnome twit. The Big Bad Wolf wasn't really
that big, or bad at all. He went down with ease.
Coyle led us through some rather rundown parts of the Tower. Someone nearly fell off the stairs
as we made our way even higher up. And I haven't quite figured out if the mana worms we
encountered were some sort of mutated species of the ones around Eversong. Not, I suppose,
that it matters. After fighting these rather nasty mana-draining worms, we found ourselves
confronted with the biggest, bluest arcane defender I've ever seen. They call him the Curator,
and although his voice was gentle about reminding us not to touch anything, his arcane
blasts hit like a ton of trucks. Everyone did splendidly. I am very proud of our members.
We were also engaged in the most delightful game of Chess. With brilliant tactics the fight was over
in less than ten minutes. I walked away with a beautiful shield. Coyle found himself a pair of pointy
shoulders. All in all it was a grand night.
